Remodels
- Kitchen remodel 1994, complete; gutted to studs, new electrical, appliances,
plumbing, gas piping, recessed lights, oak cabinets, granite countertops,
second sink, themed lights, insulation, gypsum drywall, french door, touch
lighting controls, paver style high-fire tiles. Permitted and approved by
COG.
- Office (third bedroom) remodel 2003, incl. built-in solid oak and oak veneer
bookcases and custom closet, integration of HVAC return, Internet/TV/Telephone
wiring to desks, hardwood flooring patched to match.

2004. Relocated period sink fixture; built new bath using premium fixtures,
bath hardware, etc. Mimic'ed period tilework.

- Master Bedroom & bathroom, toilet room 2005 - complete tear-off of side
of house to studs; complete new wiring, plumbing, drain service, electrical,
